Tanya Pearson Academy Full Time student Audrey Freeman  has been selected for the 2018 Prix de Lausanne! Earlier this year 14 year old Audrey made the decision to give up competing at National level in gymnastics in order to concentrate 100% on her ballet studies. This decision and her commitment to her ballet studies is paying off.  In September Audrey was cast as Soloist to perform Le Corsaire Grand Pas de Deux in The Sydney City Youth Ballet’s season of TOGETHER LIVE under the Artistic Direction of Lucinda Dunn. Audrey then went on to take part in the Sydney YAGP Masterclasses and as a result was awarded a full years placement at the Dutch National Ballet School in Amsterdam. Audrey will be one of the youngest to take part in the prestigious Prix de Lausanne this coming February.
